Beware of severe delays, poor customer support, and even more delays...
"I've been wanting to go with Digital Storm for awhile. My previous PC was from Maingear and had a great experience with them but based on all the feedback I've seen from Digital Storm, I've been wanting to try out their PC builds. I ordered a system in mid-November with a delivery date of December 11th. A few days before December 11th, I noticed the build was still in review, so I called customer support and was told that due to the high demand for GPUs, it would be delayed a week. Totally understand that, and makes sense. When that time lapsed, I called back and was told the same thing - delayed another week. This happened through December, January, and February - delayed OVER THREE months. To put the icing on the cake, they shipped the system via UPS Freight with a delivery date of February 22nd, there were cold weather delays as well as a train breaking down, I'm sitting here still without the system as it's still somewhere without delivery date. The latter part is out of Digital Storms control, but I have spent countless hours on the phone with them with little to no reason as to why they kept saying a week, one more week, another week and it's taken three months for it to even get shipped. If you are expecting a fast build, I would not recommend Digital Storm. I know for me, I will no longer look at that for purchases anymore."

We're disheartened this experience has not been ideal. Truthfully, November and December have been the toughest part of 2020 in terms of our business due to high demand from the holidays, COVID-19 surge impacts in California, and lack of supply from our partners. This was not an ideal or true outlook of our business, we're sorry for letting you down. Best Computer I've ever purchased!
"I purchased a Maingear for the holiday time frames and ordered the F131. This thing is literally flawless and a work of art. My experience with the Maingear team even as the system was being built was great, and honestly if you are looking for a custom rig, I would go with Maingear. I had some laser engraving on the front and side of the device - it looks great. Highly recommend."
