"I bought a product from Amazon that was defective right out of the box. The first representative told me that I could not return it as it was after 30 days, I asked him for a supervisor and this is where things really fell apart. I had to point out the exact place where in their website it says 90 day return policy. Then the things that I have to do to return it make it almost impossible for me and all she could say was " Oh well that's our policy". I was even told by Andrea in their Costa Rica call center that the supervisors can not call anyone back !!! I also learned that my Prime 2day shipping does not mean 2 day delivery, just that they will ship it in 2 days , that it could take upto a month to receive something ordered off of Amazon Prime. I guess I should thank Andrea in Costa Rica for opening my eyes to how bad customer service can be."
