"Ordered a product, tracked through UPS, supposedly out for delivery 4 days in a row, have not received it. UPS says contact shipper, called twice and left messages, tried to use e-mail system three times using three different computers and system does not work. Tomorrow I am going to PayPal resolutions to try and get my money back. I realize this is probably UPS losing the item, but I am finding it impossible to get resolution or get in contact with Fedtacticaldirect.com.
UPDATE, Owner called me and it appears that I was wrong and apparently they have been trying to contact me. I still cannot find the phone message, but I believe him. VERY impressive. I still don't have my item, and it is really UPS's fault, but I now know that Fedtacticaldirect.com is doing their best.
LAST UPDATE No Joy on my item, but Fedtacticaldirect is doing their best. My final word is this, It would have been easy to just refund my money and get rid of the problem, but Fedtacticaldirect instead focused on trying to get me the product. From now on, no matter how this works out, I will check out Fedtacticaldirect first for my firearms needs.

"Good Prices, but you pay a price.
Signature only shipping to your credit card billing address. If you are not home and need shipping to another address then you have to print out, fill out, and send them another form. A Hassle. I complained to them in an email and then cancelled my online account so I couldn't track my package. I will never order from them again and will tell the story in both my firearms and retired military blog/wed sites. Update, I did get a FedEx tracking number about an hour after I posted this. Thanks,
Other places still ship the same products signature free, I think I will use them from now on.
