"Glitch in automated system. I seem to have two email addresses registered at SkyMall, but I am unable to access either I called customer service and was told everything is on-line, I complained online and was given a follow up email that ssaid a representative would contact me within two days. That was five days ago, da nada. Nothing. So I had to use a third email address that is dedicated to another business. I need this straightened up if I am to ever order from SkyMall again, but so far, NO REPRESENTATIVES HAVE GOTTEN BACK TO ME. What is wrong with you guys!
