Insulting Customer Service
"Placed an order on the 20th Feb and then it gets cancelled with no reason on the 26th Feb with no form of contact to explain why. I spoke on Live chat and all I get is sorry, sorry, sorry. The excuse was they sent me email demanding a higher payment to ship to UK but this email was never sent because I checked all my emails including Junk and all I received was promotional emails but no request for a bigger payment. I would have happily paid this amount as this was a mothers day gift. Now the items are no longer in stock which means I can't even place the order again. Quite frankly disgusted by the way this was handled by a large organisation. Then they email me saying sorry here is a $15 dollar voucher. Quite insulting I would say. Never again and will tell family and friends to avoid."
