Disgusting Customer Service
"I ordered 750 pens all in the same colour. Guess what?????? They were a different colour. I rang them to let them know and they said to send them back. I said there is not enough time as I need them for Christmas. They offered me a discount. It has been 2 months and I have been emailing them every week about the small refund. Still to this day nothing. They send me a polite email saying it has to go to their accounts dept. Everytime I contact them them, I get the same response back. Come on people it does not take 2 months to organise a small refund. I will never be dealing with National Pen ever again. Just letting everyone know of my experience with this company... Please shop elsewhere."
