Worst company. Total RIP-OFF
"Had a terrible experience with Raise.com. I bought a used Kohls gift card from them two weeks ago. However, when I tried to use it immediately after the purchase, the gift card was invalid and could not be used at Kohls. I contacted them immediately. At first, they denied that the gift card was invalid. Then after many emails with screenshots, they finally agreed it was invalid and agreed to refund me. However, after 2 weeks, I still have not received a penny of my refund from them. I contacted them many times but no response. Finally, after 10 emails, someone replied and said the transaction was reversed and there should be no charge. I then sent the person my credit card charge history. They just denied it was their transaction. After I sent them the screenshot of the email confirmations, they stopped responding. So, now, after 30+ emails, I still have not got my money back from them. NEVER buy any gift card from them. If anything goes wrong, you WON’T get your money back. Their so-called one year guarantee is a total joke."
