"Is this business for real? I ordered a Clicgear RV1C Golf Push Cart from them. Never got an order acknowledgement. Paid for via PayPal which was processed. Never got any shipment info. Sent e-mails to both the sales (****@****) and customer service (****@****) with no response from either e-mail. Called their customer service line - line not answered. Left vm with information I was looking for and my phone number. No returned call. From the other reviews I would think this totally out of the ordinary for this company, but reading some other reviews on other sites it does not appear to be out of line for how they do business. Opened a case with the BBB and PayPal to get my funds returned so I can order from a company that does care about their orders and customers. Update 6/19/2014 In the Hole Golf just got back to me via a phone call and indicated they have been trying to contact me my given e-mail without success. I did very the email address with them and it was the right one, so not sure why I never got any of the e-mails. The gentleman did apologize for someone not getting back to me when I left a voicemail. Seems the major issue with my order is that the unit was on backorder. Due to the fact I have already ordered and received the cart from another dealer I requested that the order be cancelled and a full refund of the purchase via PayPal.com"
