"Placed my order for some small Nikon parts on 8/14/2010. I received a confirmation e-mail and my PayPal account was immediately charged. After a couple weeks I sent an e-mail asking for an update. No response. I sent two additional e-mails and made two phone calls, all not returned. I finally filed a complaint with PayPal and my merchandise arrived today (9/27/2010)with no explaination. Meanwhile they have used my money for over a month interest free. They have a great selection of little parts but very poor service. Too bad."
