"REFUND NOT RECEIVED for canceled order from 2 MONTHS AGO! They have all but NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE...HORRID!
Here is a run down of all that I have done to try to get my refund that they are stealing from me.
6 emails now and 1 phone call (literally no one ever answers the phone) in the past 2 months and I still do NOT have my refund. I have sent numerous emails to them kindly asking for my refund of $68.75 for canceled order for LD Compatible CB436A / 36A Black Toner for HP
I'm done with being kind so NOW, I am posting bad reviews on any and all sites including but not limited to Yelp, Google, and the Better Business Bureau until I get my refund.
1st I canceled and requested a refund on SEPT 14th
2nd request for my money back was on SEPT 18th
SEPT 18, they sent an email that it would take 1 to 5 days to verify and process my refund, then they'd send me an email.
NO EMAIL.
3rd request for IMMEDIATE refund of my money was on OCT 2nd.
OCT 4th, they sent me an email saying they would have accounting process my refund that SAME DAY, but I still have not received an email confirming that they are refunding my money, nor have I received a check/refund and it is now October 24th!
4th request for IMMEDIATE REFUND OF MY MONEY was OCT 11th.
5th request for refund was emailed today, cc my attorney.
I ordered these ink jet cartridges on SEPT 6th, MY CHECK CLEARED YOUR BANK SEPT 13th.
THEY HAVE HAD MY MONEY FOR ALMOST TWO MONTHS and still HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY.
They never shipped the products, they've repeatedly acknowledged via email the cancellation of the order and they've repeatedly acknowledged the need to refund my money!"
