"Total rip off website. I purchased my tickets and received an email that a link to retrieve my tickets would be emailed to me. It never arrived. I tried contacting customer support 24 hrs before the event and never got a reply to anything. Not email, not im. Nothing. No response to a refund request. Nothing. Just a total rip off. Avoid avoid avoid. Unless you like throwing money away."
