"As a computer techie, I scour the internet looking for the best deals available. Monarch Computer Systems beat everyone else's price for the item I was looking using Pricewatch.com. There was a descrepancy in the listed price. As it turned out, an error made by Pricewatch. None the less, Monarch not only honored the price, they beat it. The item arrived ahead of schedule and in excellent condition. The entire experience from the online purchase to customer support to customer satisfaction was a pleasant experience. They should be viewed as a template for what internet shopping should be like."

"I purchased from this vendor based on price and their advertisement to deliver in 2 days via UPS. The price was very good but I didn't get the merchandise for 6 days after I ordered it. How they can advertise "2 day delivery," I don't know!!! I've received orders from merchants using UPS ground faster than that!!"
