"Place order for a suite of bath towels on Thursday. Got an email on Sat that my order wouldn't ship for 3 months. Horrific, at best! Called to cancel my order due to the slovenly delivery time. The service agent sounded like she was 12 or 13 years old. Either that or stoned. Just couldn't compute that a 3 month delay was unacceptable. Never again!"
