"I needed this order to be shipped within four days. When it did not arrive and I received an email saying that it would not be delivered when I expected it (which was Nov. 5, 2004) I called the company and asked that the order be cancelled. I was told over the phone that since it wasn't due to be shipped until Nov.8, 2004. I was told over the phone that I could keep the package at no cost to me if it was not cancelled. It was not cancelled and I chose to return the item unopened from the Post office the day it arrived. I discovered recently that I am still be charged shipping and handling even though there were no errors on my part. It has been exasperating dealing with customer service and it seems no matter to them that I am totally disatisfied with this whole experience. It is indeed the worst experience that I have had with any company - especially online."
