Vincent explained the deal and gave me a reasonable amount of time to research the chair and call him back. After a couple of hours of reading reviews and watching YouTube, I called Vincent back and bought the chair.
The point is, do not be shy about calling them. You may end up with a deal that is even better than what you expected.
The white glove delivery service was worth it. The chair was delivered in only 11 calendar days, and it was assembled in my house exactly where I want it.
Although their white glove service is more expensive than their competitors’, EasyMassageChair’s deal on the manufacturer’s extended warranty was less than what the manufacturer charges. So, even with all the bells and whistles, I still came out way ahead. No fooling—I got a $10,000 chair with a full 5 year extended warranty, and it was assembled in my home, for a little less than $4500.
Unfortunately, there were a couple of problems with my new chair out of the box. I emailed Ruth at EasyMassageChair about the problems, and she put in a call to the manufacturer for me right away. I also called the manufacturer, and a local technician called me within 6 hours to schedule an appointment to come to my home.
Even with the chair malfunctions, there is nothing wrong with this story. Malfunctions happen, and the problem only showed me that the folks at EasyMassageChair.com have got my back after the sale. (Pardon the pun.)
