...and they won't even reply!!!!
"i ordered a Yeti water bottle to be sent to Canada.....Global Golf was the only vendor that had this item available in the specific colour i needed, and because i've been looking for quite a while i ordered it from them so i wouldnt miss out. The $40 item, shipping and customs charge converted to CDN$ was over $100 once i finally received it, which is NOT the issue here....what is, is that Global Golf threw this item in a large box with one small sheet of kraft paper stuffed inside. Im not sure exactly why they'd consider wasting the paper because it did absolutely no good to keep the item from crashing around during transport. I replied immediately upon unpacking the bottle and identifying the damage. That was a week ago.......still waiting for them to reply. Disgusted in the complete lack of customer service they provided me."
