"These folks across the board were great to deal with! Our order was for a new product coming from CISCO (LinkSys). It ended up back ordered due to slow shipments out of CISCO. Greg and crew kept us up to date as they received new info from CISCO's distributors, were very technically in touch, and are just plan old-fashioned nice. I forgot to order a needed cable and when Greg learned this, he made sure that I had the cable in hand from his store in time for the direct drop shippment receipt of the late CISCO product.
