They don't like issuing refunds on cancelled orders.
"I ordered a part on 4/19/22, my cc was immediately charged. They product was backordered, with no estimate on delivery. I cancelled the order on 4/21/22. As of 5/5/22 no credit has been issued, so I contacted Sears Partsdirect again, they are still working on processing the cancellation. This is total nonsense. I will work with my cc company to reverse the charges."
