"I recommend Falcon Northwest without hesitation. Their Tech Support itself is worth the upfront price of their computers. For additional details, read on.
I mistakenly deleted some "system files". This action resulted in a complete erasure of all my data! I immediately called Tech Support. Jon Yoder patiently walked me through a "System Recovery" process by which most of my data. I say "most" because the "System Recovery" is not necessarily the current date. Nevertheless, the lesson learned is "Do Not Delete System Files"! LOL."
