Do not waste your time, this is pure BS4U
"Ordered filters on 8-10-23, thought I would give them a chance despite the bad reviews and complaints with the BBB, since I had no issues when I ordered filters from them 3 years ago. After ordering, I saw that my credit card was charged the same day as my order, but I did not get an order confirmation. I found two different phone numbers searching online (no phone number on their website), both of which were not working numbers. A Google search shows the address as being a residential house. I messaged them on their website and they confirmed the order the next day.
After 2 weeks and 2 messages to them asking for a ship date with no response, I called my credit card company and got a refund a week later. I found all the filters I need at ESP Water products for less money, and they even have a valid phone number and humans to assist you on the phone!"
