Excellent Customer Service
"We bought two end tables, a coffee table and a media center. The media center came first in perfect condition but when we received the two end tables and the coffee table there was damage to the coffee table and one end table. We took pictures and sent them to support. We received a response within one business day saying they would replace our damaged products. We did not have to return them. We were also offered 10% off our next purchase which we immediately took advantage of and ordered two wall units from the same manufacturer. We received an email that all 4 items would be shipped together and from a different delivery service then our first order. We were told it would take longer but the merchandise would be treated more gently. That was fine with us. The items were shipped 2/15/18. I noticed a few days later that the wall units had been reduced for President's Day Sale. I emailed Chris, at support, who refunded the difference immediately. The 4 items arrived on 3/5/18 in perfect condition. Overall, an experience that could have turned out badly could not have been handled better. This company stands behind their products and customers. Buy from them, you won't be sorry. Oh, one more thing, they also have the best prices."
