Refused refund. So much for 100% satisfaction. Had to get Credit Card company to chargeback.
"Website goes on about 100% satisfaction. Received the item and it tastes horrible. Not one person who tasted it was willing to eat any of it. So I called them. The didn't want it shipped back (understandable), but refused to refund. Claims it says on their website that there are no refunds. Not true. Nowhere on the website can I find anything about no refunds. If fact the only thing hidden on the website is that you have 5 days from receipt to contact them. They would send another (why would I want more?) or store credit. Have absolutely no interest in a $32 credit. They absolutely refused to refund me and when I said I'd take it up with my credit card company, they said they weren't going to give me a store credit anymore. Afterwards, I contacted my credit card company and the sided with me and refunded."
