Good Input Creates Great Output/Results
"I have used computer services provided by Advanced Technical Services for the last 4-5 years. The technical representatives are always polite, cordial, and always express a desire to resolve all concerns and problems expeditiously. The ATS Tech's response times and comprehensiveness of the resolution is most often relative to the concise clarity and definition of the "problem statement" that I (the client) have communicated. The appropriateness of the ATS resolution seems to follow the computer adage "GIGO" (Garbage In, Garbage Out). Once again, if the "Problem Statement" is well constructed and clearly defined, the ATS Tech will provide an expeditious and "Best Practices Solution" that will result in an extremely high level of customer satisfaction."
