"We ordered a printer and a USB cable. The printer came just fine; the USB cable was a 6 foot instead of a 15 foot like we had ordered. Rather than wait on a supervisor to call me back (since I've read that this company is weak in this dept), I decided to send the cable back overnight with a return envelope so we could receive the package back within two days. Upon receipt of my new cable, I'll be a satisfied customer. Although you would think that on a first time order especially, a company would try extra hard to get it right the first time!"
