Not happy
"My experience with behearty was not positive. My dr dre ear buds which were supposed to be new were not in new condition. There was a chipped piece and the ear bus cover was ripped. I should have immediately been sent a return label and a new product. However it was a very long wait for response from them and almost took a week to receive the return shipping label. Then I had to wait until the time they received it at the warehouse even though you could track the order and see I had mailed it. I really wanted the item but due to all the problems I finally received a refund. I do not think I would shop there again or recommend to others."
