"Ordered a bottle of perfume as a Christmas gift on 12/20/2011 with 2nd day air shipping, I realized that it would be cutting it close for X-mas but if it was a couple of days late I'm fine with that. But as of today 1/5/2012 I haven't heard anything about the order except for the purchase confirmation email and the charge to my bank account. I've tried calling both of thier numbers and can't even leave a message. If they are out of stock, or backed-up, or out of the office on a several week bender at the bars they should let me know that the product won't be arriving, its the least they could do, and is just basic customer service. I think what bothers me the most about the situation is not being able to contact the company in any way. I hope they make good and at least refund the steep 2nd day air shipping fee. If they do I will certainly update this review. Bottom line: I don't reccommend giving your money to these people.
Update: they have said they will refund the 2nd day air charges and that I should recieve the product next week."
