The worst
"I ordered pens, they came a week after I was told the would arrive, that could be UPS fault. They are not what they were supposed to be and 4 have broken the first time they were used, I called to return them and was told I could but I still had to pay for them. So they discounted them for me to keep, then the next day sent me a past due invoice via email adding back the discounted amount. I called as for a manager or supervisor impossible to get one 97 minute hold, finally someone comes on the line not a supervisor, so now I as for US representative, currently 31 minutes into holding for one. I told them I was upset and wanted to talk to someone for resolution and nobody would help. This is the worst company, I told them I would take by business elsewhere and they said I was free to do as I wanted but still need to to pay the invoice with the late fee. important to note the pens arrived September 4th , invoice is dated Aug 25th."
