Very bad customer service
"When I placed my order this would’ve been the very first time I tried. What items I received I received a very promptly and was pleased with them, but in that order they sent me some wrong items so I called customer service to get that replaced. They claimed they were shipping those right out and was going to expedite them to get to me quicker. It is now 10 days later I still have not received my items, and when I called customer service they placed me on hold 23 minutes and I never did Get to speak with anyone. I had to hang up and call back again and my items that I was told was being replaced had never even been shipped out yet. So now they’re telling me it will be another 10 days and that’s being expedited. This was my first time to order and will be my last time to order. Also beware when they seen your items they charge you $10.94 for a return shipping label that you had not even asked for so there will be this additional charge that they failed to tell you about."
