"Used product sold as new retail packaged. Card had clearly been previously installed before and the internal packaging organizer was missing so parts were loose in shipment. Missing Driver CD and digital VGA adapter. Terrible customer service - would not allow return for refund. This was all after phone confirmation that the product was new, retail and in stock prior to purchase."
