"I,m dissatisfied with my order because I still haven't received my order going on two weeks. Order # 277865, Date: 3/15/2013. It is not until I called and inquired about that I found out that a product was on back order holding the rest of my purchase. I was not informed about it till I called. Request that if a product is back ordered that I'm informed and probably would have paid the additional shipping charge so it would not hold the rest of my purchase. Additionally, I was suppose to get a call back from your shipping representative but never got a call back. I called again three times with no success or call back, making me believe that customers concerns are not important therefore, you may loose a customer for this action and may be a return customer or recommend your store due to this experience."
