"RUBBISH service and THIEVES. First, their site doesn't work any correctly, instead of the glasses that I needed I now have in the order the type that doesn't suit me at all. For the type that I needed they asked (5 days after the order) extra 200 euro!!! Notwithstanding that on the site there wasn't anything near such price!!! But THE WORST is now they DO NOT RETURN the money!!! After my asking to cancell all they enigmatically KEEP SILENCE, without any word or action! They don't even respond me. I needed to claim it now through paypal!!! OUTRAGEOUS. And RUDE personal. If this is their fault that they cannot fix their site or make the order normally - why does one have to claim his money through paypal, waiting for a month? The "refund service" is not "poor" like marked here, it is absent. Never again."
