"I placed an order online and was charged. When they shipped out the order they charged me again. I called customer service and was told this is how they do it. I explained to them this is fraud because I did not authorize them to charge me twice. When I asked to speak to the supervisor I was place on hold as they kept pressing buttons to upset me. As they were doing that I fired off an email to corporate. I will never ever order another thing from them. I also called the bank and let them know they committed fraud."
