"Bad Business Ethic. I was sent an email acknowledging my order. That was expected. I paid for 2-3 day shipping and it took 7 days to arrive. That was bad. I sent them an email day 5 to inquiry about the order and to ask for a VALID UPS tracking number. NEVER received a response. That was bad!"
