"This Company is a rip-off, don’t buy from them.
Purchased Striker Dura Lead Refills http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002UQP8JA/ref=oss_product . Picture in ad shows White, Red, & Black lead for the Striker Pens for $10.92. Received order and only received a tube of black lead. Based on the picture in the ad, the cost of $10.92 and the fact that a tube of black lead sells for $3.99 on Amazon http://www.amazon.com/Dura-Lead-Replacement-Striker-Construction/dp/B000JYJBTI/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=office-products&qid=***-***-****&sr=1-2 I assumed all three colors were included. Contacts with sellers customer service was “You got what you ordered and that is our price, you can return item but you pay shipping”. After paying $10.92 plus $7.04 shipping I received what should have cost $3.99. Returning item would have cost me $14.00 total shipping and nothing to show for it so keeping the lead. I Will never buy from this company again and suggest you don’t either."
