"Never buy here!!!
Purchased a tv with CASH... Big mistake!!!
Purchased on 1/31/15 returned 3 days later, I was told at return I would need to wait 10 days as I paid cash. Well today is business day 18 and no refund. I have been in touch with their customer service team and what a weak experience. I was informed they sent original refund but it never made it. ( never sent) I was told they resent, still yet to receive. I will never look to purchase from a entity that treats customers like this, you pay cash and have to wait a month for refund, maybe longer!!!
No empathy, no sense of urgency.. Have learned a valuable lesson...NEVER AGAIN..
This kind of customer service, not too long for this business... Avoid at all costs, if this is how they treat a ca$h transaction, think about any other interactions you may be forced to have!!!
