BEWARE! Your booking/ confirmation may not mean a thing!
"I booked a flight with helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon from Las Vegas. I booked through their website, paid in full, and received a valid confirmation. 6 hours later, I get an email that Viator has to cancel my booking because the flight was already full. 6 HOURS AFTER! In the meantime, we structured other commitments around this confirmed trip.
For Viator to notify me of this news via email 6 hours after the trip is confirmed is just horrible customer service!! We spent $1,000 on these tickets for an experience of a lifetime and were so excited to go. Viator didn't seem to care about canceling or making it right.
You may want to book elsewhere. Viator does not seem to care about honoring their reservations or providing good customer service. There are much better companies to spend your hard-earned money with."
