"I ordered a CPU that they claimed was in stock. A week and a half later, it still had not arrived. I called them and finally got through after getting a busy signal the first several tries. They told me that the CPU was back ordered and tried to sell me another one. I told them to cancel the order. That was over a week ago and my credit card still has not been refunded the $61.71 that they took. I tried to call them again yesterday and got a busy signal.
UPDATE - After two more weeks with no refund of my money, I contacted the Better Business Bureau. They contacted Compubuzz, who then refunded my money. It was obvious that Compubuzz had no intention of refunding my money until the BBB stepped in.
