"I ordered a calling card online and missed the callback to verify; I asked for a callback and another chance to verify. I simply didn't realize how quick they would respond, so I neglected to answer the phonecall, preferring to 'monitor' what could be another one of those robo-calls I typically receive. The agent called me back promptly and went though the steps to activate. I printed the information on the confirming email I received and I was good to go. Thanks again!"
