"I placed an order without checking the ratings here first. Big mistake! I ordered a set of bicycle wheels. After printing out my invoice online I was informed that the wheels were not in stock & would not be for several weeks. Further, I was told that their system did not add a $15 oversized item shipping fee. Shipping was supposed to be free! I canceled my order. My experience is the same as virtually all other reviewers for this company."

"Non- existent customer service. Software is NOT updated to keep up with browser updates. Company does not honor commitment for lifetime updates. Instead, they expect you to pay AGAIN when product is finally updated."

"I made the mistake of ordering from this company before reading the reviews. My experience has been the same as those who rated the company's shipping very poor. I placed my order by telephone because I wanted to make certain my item was in stock. I was assured it was. It has now been a week and the item has yet to ship. Same excuse as stated in the other low ratings, the item is in a warehouse in another State. I too suspect that they order the item from a supplier AFTER the customer places the order. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!"

"A very pleasant experience. I purchased a 50" Panasonic Plasma TV at a great price with free shipping! The TV was shipped quickly with a tracking number.It arrived in perfect condition & the truckers brought it into my house without my asking even though they were not required to. Five stars all the way!"

"Seller sent DDR3 dual channel memory instead of DDR3 triple channel memory. I discovered this by checking the memory model number on-line. Seller did replace memory with correct memory. The 3 extra cooling fans I purchased were NOT connected to the mother board so they could be monitored by the motherboard's software. I had to purchase the connectors to correctly attach the fans. I was told I was getting a better price by ordering directly rather than through eBay. Not true! I would have gotten a mouse, keyboard & speakers by going through eBay. The computer was sent through FEDEX requiring a signature. While this is not the seller's fault, FEDEX did not show up on the scheduled date & required me to be home for 12 hours on TWO consecutive days. They would NOT give me a smaller window. I suggest the seller use a more consumer friendly service (UPS or USPS) if they are going to require a signature. Finally, when calling in to get issues resolved, it is difficult to speak to the same person twice. Overall not at all a smooth transaction. I can only hope that should the need arise, I will have better luck with their technical department! RESPONSE TO SELLER: I believe anyone reading your response will see the obvious sarcastic tone! Furthermore, I contacted your business by email asking if there was some reason I should not modify my initial review and RECEIVED NO RESPONSE! 1. The customer should NOT have to ask that cooling fans be connected to the motherboard which has software to monitor them. The "professional" who built the system should be aware that the motherboard is set up to monitor the fans. This is NOT "custom" work. I did not ask ahead of time because I expected the work to be done correctly. Why do you think the motherboard has plugs specifically for the fans? 2. You sent me replacement memory you had "in stock" after I notified you of your error of installing the wrong (& cheaper) memory. You did not "upgrade" the memory out of the goodness of your heart, you simply sent what you had on hand. When I asked about purchasing additional memory, Katie told me you sent out the only 3 DIMMs you had on hand & that I would have to purchase an entirely different brand if I wanted additional memory. I just went with what you sent me & purchased the additional memory elsewhere. 3. I DID mention the mouse, keyboard & speakers in an email to your staff. All you need to do is read it. I can forward a copy if you do not still have it! This is NOT a fictitious part of my review. As a matter of fact, I have noticed that at least one other person had the same problem & you then sent him the mouse, keyboard & speakers. 4. I was chided by Katie from your staff for talking to 3 different people. The fact of the matter is that I got a different person each time I called, so that is who I spoke with. 5. FEDEX's tracking site & live personnel told me a number of times that my order would be delivered by 8 PM on the day it was scheduled. I took off from work to wait for the delivery because you required a signature. Even after I checked with FEDEX after waiting 10 hours, they said the delivery would be made within the next 2 hours. It was NOT. I then called and spoke with a supervisor & that is the reason the PC was delivered the next day. 6. As for the price of the computer, I will not argue with you. I would advise any potential customer to avail themselves of the protections offered through eBay. At least they have a mechanism for resolving disputes & the customer is not left with no protection. 6. On a positive note, I did call your tech support number with a question & Edward was quite courteous & provided a quick answer! RESPONSE TO SELLER'S UPDATE: Buy at your Own Risk!!!"
