They will ban you soon or later
"Don't waste your time with this company. I sent endless message and even went to BBB Complaints. Raise will deactivate your account no reason whatsoever it's in they terms. They ask for your ID making it seem like you are getting your account back reinstated but no they want to steal your ID get a selfie and ban you. The customer service there is no customer service they won't help you at all. First time purchase I was deactivated because my card didn't go through. I told them the reason it was a new credit card I got like most credit card the 3 security code on the back but Amex security code is on the front etc so they said all I need to do was verify my ID. I sent my ID and Selfie everything match my card name everything.... Sent me a email saying "internal security not going to activate your account and is final case close" .....they basically treated me like a criminal but didn't state what I did wrong.. I went over the terms and it just say they allow to just ban you with no cause at all... So save your time don't bother.. they mentally drained me the experience was very awful."
