Don't sell your used phone to Gazelle
"I had bad experience selling my iphones to Gazelle. They tricked me with reasonable estimation but once I sent my phones, they used different model standard to evaluate my phones and lowball the price. They bet no one wants to waste time on reselling. This company should never remain in the business. I would never sell to Gazelle again and recommend others not. The customer support was rude and refuse to reinspected. No followup after my complaint. Worst resell experience ever."
