"Awful,awful!!!! Ordered a cell cover for my husband's phone. by mistake I clicked submit.(I thought I would get a review your order page before placing the order) no it submitted the order. This was on a Saturday. Called the company, they were closed. Called paypal, and they said I had to contact the company first. So, I sent them an email right away asking to cancel the order. Called Monday morning first thing to cancel it, to find out the order had shipped from overseas. Didnt know it was an overseas company by the way! They wouldnt give me a refund! talked to a supervisor multiple times throughout the week, after literally hours of being on hold before getting to a live person. And emailed back and forth with support. They wouldnt refund all the purchase! All they would do is give me the cost of the item, minus the shipping both ways!! Had to claim it through paypal, and as soon as the item arrived in the mail. Refused it right away, wrote on the package return to sender in black letters. Paypal refunded the money, after the so called company sent a tracking number literally, 123456789. Yes, that was their tracking number!! obviously never excited! Never buying from them again!!! Save yourselves a headache, buy somewhere else. Awful customer service. If I could I would give it 0 stars!!"
