Horrible and worse experience ever!
"Worst company I’ve ever had to dealt with. Ordered pens in advanced for an event and my pen was out of stock. No one called to lmk it was out of stock meanwhile I was just waiting and waiting thinking my order was going to be here.
I tried to follow up and left messages many times to my “assigned rep” and in 3 weeks, she never responded once. I finally spoke to another service rep Shaniek Hayley who I spend hours on the phone with to fix this problem and she assured me I was going to get my pens before my event. Today is the day of my event and they are still marked “in production.” What a joke of a company Peter Kelly. Don’t order from this company if expect them to follow through with your order."
