"I have Dell Inspiron 5537, laptop with Dell UltraSharp 23 Monitor - U2312HM and wish to connect my laptop HDML port to the DisplayPort and it failed. No workey and I took the time to share my concern with the salesperson that I had previously purchase from BestBuy <Rocketfish™ - 6' DisplayPort-to-HDMI Cable Model: RF-DP40602 SKU: 8935266> and with my current C2G cable DP to HDMI cable I received the same result - "BLANK Screen".
Not sure my next step other than return the cable but I really want to visualize 1920x1080 screen resolution.
