"Hello, The first business day after receiving my vapor unit I followed up with a request for returning the item becuase it does not get hot enough to produce significant vapor. The respondent from Vapemood then asked me to follow -up again by describing the issue. It seemed to me that customer satisfaction was not the priority. My initial contact with Vapemoods customer service was excellent. My satisfaction with the product I selected is low. I have not used the device sense the first 2 times I tried to use the device and I will not use the device because It does not work well."
