"Over the years I have tried a number of calling cards. Every one of them EXCEPT this one had problems. Funds disappeared without having been used (and NOT just the monthly or weekly charges they told buyers about). This card is straightforward and honest. You pay only for the time you utilize on calls that connect. THAT'S ALL. I did have a problem with one number I call going through to the wrong country. Called their Customer Service. Got right through to a human being who understood the problem. Credited me for the call, without my asking, the said the problem would be fixed within 30 minutes. It was, then recurred a few days later. I asked that the issue be elevated to upper level technical people. It was, then it was fixed and has not recurred.
Usually the first connection is crisp and clear now. VERY occasionally I have to redial, because of unclear voice transmission, but the second try is almost always a flawless connection. In short, THIS IS THE ONLY CALLING CARD TO BUY!"

"The order confirmation stated that I would receive the product in 7 to 15 business days. WHile they charged my credit card the day I placed th order. I emailed them on the 17th business day asking them to cancel the order and credit my card. Two business days later I received an email notifying me of shipment and then later the same day a response to my email telling me if I didn't want it once it arrived I could contact them to return it pursuant to their 14 day return policy.
Once it did arrive, I found it to be of acceptable quality, but certainly no great bargain."
