"This man is amazing! I ordered a small battery from him, and paid for priority mail. It never arrived. I emailed him, and he provided me with the tracking # showing the date that it was delivered. That said, I never received the battery and USPS only provides a zip code that it was delivered to.
I told him that I had been looking for it every day, and he replaced my battery for FREE and sent it with signature confirmation. I haven't received it yet- this just happened, but I do have to say he has gone above and beyond in customer service. A watch battery doesn't cost a whole lot, but his willingness to stand behind his product and send it for free means a lot to me and speaks volumes about his commitment to his customers.
