Dress didn’t fit despite the customized size
"I ordered this dress, received it in 3 weeks. When I tried it on, it was about a size too big. When I message the customer service, they requested pictures of me in the dress. I sent them, and they said because it’s a custom order they couldn’t accept it back, and said find a seamstress to fix it! They offered me a 10% discount, then a 70% voucher, and after threatening to report their website as a scam offered me the return, however I have to pay the restock fee, the shipping, the dry clean… which I’ll do, but what a joke this place is. If you’re going to chance it, don’t customize your order."
