"I used Discount Contact Lenses before and I didn't have any issues besides some of the contacts being uncomfortable (maybe I was just unlucky). So I gave them a second shot when I was in desperate need for contacts and couldn't get into the eye doctor. I ordered them on a Friday and paid $20 for one day shipping. After getting the email on Sunday stating that they verified my prescription and my contacts would ship in one business day, I checked my emails on Monday and saw that the contacts shipped. I tracked them using the Fedex tracking number provided and discovered that they weren't to be delivered until Friday. I called and spoke with a representative (I really appreciate that you don't have to talk to machines, it gets someone right away) and she stated that they should be delivered Tuesday and to call back for a refund if I didn't receive them.
Tuesday came and no contacts so I called back Wednesday to get my refund for the $20 shipping and the representative I spoke with was insensitive to the fact that I needed my contacts asap and that's why I paid the one day shipping. Then, when she processed my refund, I informed her that they just lost a customer and her response was "okay, thank you." in a very happy voice. Not even a sorry for what happened or is there anything we can do to keep you as a customer. This website is a joke. Not to mention it's impossible to leave reviews and warn other buyers. Can't imagine why they make it so difficult."
