"I ordered a pair of boots for my daughter on 12/7/2008. I assumed they would be delivered on or before her birthday 12/16. I was told on the 9th that they had been processed and then told again a few days later that they were shipping. When I called today, they had just shipped and would not be delivered until 12/22. I would not have ordered if I would have known it would take over a week to process and then another week to be delivered. Obviously, I will not order from Bootbay in the future. I still have not received tracking information."
